Services provided by ENGAGE consultants are managed by the consultants’ dedicated framework management team, which provides a single point of contact between DFID and the specialist group selected. The framework manager responds directly to enquiries from DFID managers, preparing detailed proposals and appointing specific specialists to carry out assignments. The framework management team then manages and monitors implementation, quality assurance and prepares progress reports.

Initial enquiries from DFID managers should be directed to ENGAGE’s Framework Manager who will discuss their needs and formulate proposals. ENGAGE aims to provide a technical and financial proposal within one week of receipt of a request. The DFID manager will then arrange for DFID’s contracts department to issue a calldown-specific contract, including detailed terms of reference.
