ENGAGE Team: I.T.Transport
Design of the UK's contribution to the roads component of the UN's
Stabilisation Plan in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. This
has involved developing proposals for technical specifications,
monitoring and evaluation tools, works schedule and budget and
facilitating agreements between implementing agents and DFID and
between Stabilisation Plan partners and the Government on the
modality of maintenance over the project period.
